The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Co-accused Sanjay Yadav was found guilty of looting the mobile. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Shambhu Kumar. The petitioner was also arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt but no further material is collected. No looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Sanjay Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22679/2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
