JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the respondent authorities particularly respondent no. 6 to institute first information report on the basis of a written report submitted by the petitioner on 24.12.2018 to the Officer-in-charge Sahebpur Kamal Police Station, Begusarai as contained in Annexure-1 to the writ petition.
