JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Virtual Court proceeding. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 arising out of Inarwa P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20, 20 (C), 22, 23, 24 and 28 of N.D.P.S. Act.

On specific information that huge quantity of Charas is on way through one Auto, the police intercepted the Auto and recovered about 11 K.G. of Charas and the petitioner has been arrested from the spot.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was only a driver of the Auto and he has neither any concern with the alleged Charas nor he has any nexus with the co-accused.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3813 of 2020(3) dt.29-05-2020 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected for the present.
