2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rohtas (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 303(2), 319(2) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(c) and 66(d) of the IT Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing cyber fraud, cheating the informant and withdrawing money from his account and his wife's account.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2025.

5. Per contra, learned counsel for the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5787 of 2026(3) dt.26-03-2026 2/2 vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that the allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature. Sufficient material has come during the investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
