1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ writs, order/ orders, direction / directions commanding the Respondents authorities to select/ enroll the petitioners as Home Guard
Patna High Court CWJC No.3667 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 personnel in Bihar Home Guard in Masaurhi Block under the District of Patna in Advertisement No. 01/2009 and 02/ 2011 as contained in Annexure P/1 and P/2."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
