Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from the impugned order that the confessional statement of co-accused was recorded and on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused the dead body was recovered. Furthermore, the name of petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused and except the aforesaid material there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in connection with Gopalpur
