JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 294 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that within two years of marriage, the deceased, under the torture and coercion, was compelled to commit suicide. The other accused person has been granted bail. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23853 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 namely, Arun Paswan is rejected.

The court below is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from today and if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the court below will send a report with reason for the same.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
