2. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 18.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 2566 of 2016, has been complied with.

3. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

However, the Court would only observe that the order passed by the District Magistrate, Patna dated 16.02.2019 holding that the lands in question did not belong to the petitioner shall not come in the way of the petitioner moving before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, with regard to getting his title declared and all observations or findings in the order of the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Patna shall not come in the way of the authorities/forum which the petitioner would move, in deciding the matter on merits, in accordance with law, either in a freshly constituted proceeding or in a pending proceeding.
