2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging non compliance of the order dated 20.06.2016 passed in CWJC No. 21892 of 2014.

3. From the averments made and copy of documents annexed in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, it transpires that by order passed by the District Magistrate, Rohtas in Arms Case No. 05 of 2017 dated 06.05.2017 contained

Patna High Court MJC No.949 of 2017 dt.13-08-2019 2/2 in Memo No. 853 dated 09.05.2017, the authorities have rejected the request to grant licence to the petitioner.

4. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application to assail the order on merits before an appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

5. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
