The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case and has antecedent of one case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the First Information Report, there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons of causing assaulted on the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no concerned from the said alleged occurrence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M 1st Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2020, with the following conditions:-

(1) That such person shall attend in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed under this Chapter.

(2) That such person shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of which he is accused, or suspected of the commission of which is suspected, and

(3) that such persons shall not directly or indirectly make and inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the
