Petitioner alongwith Shivji Baitha was apprehended on account of confidential information identifying them as carrier, and on search from possession of each of them, one country made carbine has been seized. Petitioner happens to be in custody since 01.08.2014. As per para 3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner Hiramani Devi, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at
