The petitioner seeks bail in Bihar P.S. Case No. 228 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was appearing at the examination in place of Ashish Ranjan. The petitioner was caught red handed. The petitioner is in jail since 22.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, in connection with Bihar P.S.
