2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 167 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 25.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Mr. Kumar Sunil, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner bears clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7661 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Bhabhua, Kaimur/ concerned court in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 167 of 2023.
