No. 5689 of 2019 has been complied, it is next submitted that inadvertently the pension for March 2020 could not be paid but that was a bonafide inadvertence and the same shall also be paid with the

Patna High Court MJC No.600 of 2021(5) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 pension of the current period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the event, if any amount is left he will file a representation before the competent authority of the University for seeking redressal. In view of the submissions made by the parties the contempt application is disposed of and in the event, if any representation is filed by the petitioner seeking redressal of nonpayment of any amount the representation shall be considered and disposed of.
