The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR was lodged for theft of motor cycle of the informant. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused but petitioner has not been put on T. I. parade although the petitioner is in jail since 13.04.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
