The petitioner seeks bail in Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have fight with the informant for which the informant got injury on his palm and leg but only lacerated injuries were found. Injuries are simple in nature. Petitioner is in jail since 22.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st
