2. The application is filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 11640 of 2022, which stood dismissed for default on 15.11.2022 in view of the incorrect stamp reporting as it has been shown that the order dated 19.10.2022 passed by a Bench of this Court has not been complied.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the peremptory order of this Court has already been complied. Despite the fact, the stamp reporter pointed that the same has not been complied, leading to dismissal of the writ petition.

4. In view of the averments made in the restoration

Patna High Court MJC No.192 of 2023(3) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 application, C.W.J.C. No. 11640 of 2022 stands restored to its original file.

5. The MJC application stands allowed.
