The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted provisional bail by order dated 06.05.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.5730 of 2022 and the case diary was called for.

The learned counsel for the petitioners next submits that from perusal of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it would manifest that she has stated nothing against the petitioners. It is further submitted that Ampi Kumar, against whom the allegation of kidnapping is alleged, is

The learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 06.05.2022 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
