Petitioner is said to have given single blow of butt of pistol to the informant causing head injury to him for which petitioner is in jail custody since 12.02.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with session trail no. 200 of 2015 arising out of Goraul P.S.Case No. 315 of 2014.
