The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 144/2014 registered for the offences punishable u/s 370/370 (1)/372/373/419/353/427/224/109 of the Indian Penal Code, u/s-6/8 of the P.O.C.S.O. Act and u/s 3/4/5/7/8 of the I.T.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of raid the petitioner was not present there. The two persons found to be present in the house of this petitioner were taken into custody and other similarly situated persons whose name also figure in the same F.I.R. have been extended to the privilege of anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 12929/2015 by order dated 01.07.2015 and also Vide Cr. Misc. No. 50299 of 2014 by order dated 01.07.2015.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that the case of the petitioner is on similar stand to those who have been extended privilege of bail, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date

No.33225 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 of receipt/production of a copy of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge Ist, Jehanabad in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 144/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J.) Kamlesh U T
