In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Munger (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the dispute arose on account of fact that the accused side were uprooting the grass from their field and throwing the same in the field of the informant. When the informant objected, all the accused persons caused injury to him.

Allegation has been made against Indrajeet Sharma, one of the accused to have caused injury in the leg of

Allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused grievous injury in the frontal area of skull of informant. The petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the injury report where the nature of injury has been shown either swelling or abrasion in the different body of the informant and there is swelling in the frontal area of skull. There is case and counter case from both sides Looking to the nature of disputed between the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Jitendra Kumar, Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Munger in connection with Munger (Mufassil) P.S.
