The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant and other officials went to remove the encroachment but the petitioner and others are alleged to have attacked the officials.

It is submitted that the injured got superficial injuries as would appear from annexure-2 series. The petitioner is in jail since 22.05.2015. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30442 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sanjay Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Araria in Narpatganj P.S.
