JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-03-2021 After some argument, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal in order to enable the appellant to approach the learned court below and pray for regular bail, however, seeks a direction upon the learned court of Additional District Judge-I-cum-Special Court, Siwan in connection with Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva) P.S. Case No. 408 of 2019 to decide the bail petition of the appellant expeditiously, after considering the fact that the informant herself, in her protest petition, has stated that the appellant herein has been wrongly arrayed as accused.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the appellant to appear before the learned court below and seek regular bail and in case such a petition is filed for grant of regular bail within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be heard and disposed off by the learned court below on the very same day.
