JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, the informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and except suspicion, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the dead body of the deceased was burried in graveyard but the post mortem of the dead body of the deceased was not done.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Goreya Kothi P.S.Case No. 117 of 2013.
