The dispute can be decided by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "LARRA").

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition and file an appropriate application before the concerned "LARRA".

Patna High Court CWJC No.3313 of 2020(3) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 Permission is granted.

In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to file an application before the concerned "LARRA" within 30 days from today and, thereafter, the matter shall be heard on its own merit after condoning the delay and shall be disposed of by the concerned "LARRA" within four months from today by passing a speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties.

Applicability of Right to Act, 2013 shall also be decided by the "LARRA" concerned.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
