JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2023 At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState seeks to file a counter affidavit, which is taken on record. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.

That this application is being filed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.5352 of 2021(6) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to complete the rehabilitation scheme caused by Construction of Ganga Bridge after removal of encroachment of land, which was allotted to the petitioners."

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the possession of the plot in question, in lieu of the Ganga Bridge Rehabilitation Scheme, has been handed over to the petitioners, hence now they are not having any substantial grievance save and except that the registration of the plots in question has not been carried out, to which the learned counsel for the State submits that the registration would definitely be done within a period of six weeks from today. It is directed accordingly. It is needless to state that in case of any default, the District Magistrate, Patna, shall not draw his salary. The writ petition stands disposed off.
