Petitioner along with his brother is said to have taken away the victim from her matrimonial home on 5.9.2013 and present FIR was lodged on 12.9.2013, particularly, in the circumstance when informant had already gathered information that the victim had not reached at her natal place.

No doubt, victim has not been recovered as yet but petitioner is in jail custody since 1.9.2014 and investigation has already been completed.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Darauli P.S. Case no. 117/2013.
