The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 67 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of SC/ST Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife on his neck and left thigh. The doctor found two injuries; one on the neck and another on the left thigh but both the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 03.05.2015. He has already remained in jail for three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
