JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 548 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is of snatching the chain from the informant. The informant claims to identify the miscreants. It further appears that the petitioner is in accused in two other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and charge sheet has been submitted but till date he has not been put on TIP. Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.7322 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 548 of 2019, subject to condition that he has to appear before the local police station of the area for the period of six months so that the police may watch his activities, and if he is found active by involved in such type of cases in future, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of bail bond. Let the copy of this order be communicated to the SSP, Patna for needful.
