This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Penal Code and 3(X) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation of abuse and assault and the parties have compromised the case.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with the Tarari P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Punit Malviya, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code and one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner, who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioner shall not
