In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015 (S.T. No.103 of 2016), registered for the offences punishable under Section 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the Sessions Judge, Begusarai.

The Police apprehended the petitioner along with stolen Bolero vehicle from the possession of the petitioner. One of the accused persons slipped away from the scene. The petitioner has three criminal history on his head as mentioned in para 3 of the bail application. The petitioner is in jail since 30.08.2015.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23479 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 2/2 to grant bail to the above named petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after one year in jail custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J.) manish/- U T
