2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018 . 3 . Prosecution case is that 750 liters Nepali liquor were recovered from seized Safari vehicle .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from Seized Vehicle of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7748 of 2025(2) dt.03-03-2025 2/2 which petitioner is registered owner.

6. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the seized vehicle , prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
