The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 379, 354(A) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed a complaint petition on 17.10.2014 for the occurrence which took place on 02.09.2014. The informant made allegation that the petitioner made an attempt to sexually assault her and snatched a gold chain. It is submitted that the allegation is false and concocted. The wife of the petitioner lodged a case vide Piro P.S. Case no. 281 of 2014 against the prosecution party and in order to save their skin, Shila Devi wife of Surendra Singh filed the instant complaint case. Wife of the petitioner has already been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30535 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 09 of 2015.
