JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2022 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 31.05.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 38498 of 2020 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner for surrendering before the learned court below in order to avail the privilege of anticipatory bail be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to modify the order dated 31.05.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 38498 of 2020, which has already been modified once by an order dated 25.08.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 47792 of 2021, to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12305 of 2022(2) dt.09-03-2022 2/2 in order to enable him to surrender before the learned court of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 113 of 2020 and avail the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification, however, with an express observation that no further modification application shall be entertained in the present case.
