ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code was added.
Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, Distt. Vaishali at Hajipur.
The prayer for bail is rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the Trial for which reason, In the meanwhile, the Trial Court is directed to send
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31939 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police concerned, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the Trial.
