The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-AA), 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the allegation that a mini gun factory was unearthed by the police and from the place of occurrence itself the petitioner was arrested, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.

In case the trial is not concluded within one year
