2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Lastly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner was rejected on 21.06.2023, vide Cr.Misc. No. 27755 of 2023 (Annexure 3).
3. The petitioner has renewed her prayer for bail on the ground that she has resigned from the post of Panchayat Teacher and sent her resignation on 12.06.2023 through speed post to the Panchayat Secretary and the Headmaster, vide speed post tracking nos. RF 302811804IN and 302811680IN respectively.

Considering the fact that petitioner has already resigned from the post of Panchayat Teacher as also the fact that she is lady, having clean antecedent, the anticipatory bail application of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 36 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
