JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. He was caught in Banaras (U.P) with stolen motorcycle but the aforesaid stolen motorcycle is not the stolen property of the present case.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua ( Kaimur) in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No. 17 of 2015.
