The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.520 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 420, 452, 379 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the allegations made in the first information report are predominantly civil in nature relating to house, the petitioners who are reported to have no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4207 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S.
