The petitioner is in custody in connection with Case C-III No. 01 of 2020 for the offence under Section 30(a) and 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.01.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 43.200 litres of foreign liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-
