Petitioner seeks bail in Kasba P.S. Case No. 160 of 2005 instituted under Section(s) 376 Indian Penal Code pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that now date has been fixed for framing of Charge, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date
