JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that, there is a recovery of huge quantity of liquor, that is 3294.720 liters of liquor from a truck and the petitioner was arrested along with the other accused persons and driver.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P., who has opposed the prayer for bail.
