JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 In view of the alternative remedy of revision available to the petitioner under Rule 32 of Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to seek alternative remedy.

Permission is granted.

In case, the Revision Application is preferred within a period of 30 days from today, the same shall be considered by the Revisional Authority on it's own merit and shall be disposed of within a period of 90 days.
