JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with 14 other F.I.R named accused made indiscriminate firing causing death of the husband of informant but as per submission on behalf of the petitioner, the deceased sustained only one firearm injury and taking note of the aforesaid fact F.I.R named accused Pritam Singh and Sanjiv Singh have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in connection with Bihpur
