Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

According to the first information report one person was standing near the liquor shop and trying to run away. The police party nabbed him and on search two pistols and two cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2015 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. It is further submitted that two country made pistols and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Krishna Gopal, J.M.
