2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on 14.08.2015, the petitioner had gone to Delhi for treatment of his wife and for that purpose, he was in Delhi till 28.02.2015. As such, he could not appear before this Court at the time of passing of the order. There is no fault on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Having regard to explanation furnished in the application and the submissions made in support thereof, this Court finds sufficient grounds for allowing the restoration application.
4. Let C.W.J.C. No. 2464 of 2008 be restored to its original file and number.
