The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with seizure of 18 liters of liquor from a tempo. He submits that the petitioner is only passenger and has no concern with the alleged recovery. In this case petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2018.
