The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ application is to keep in abeyance registration of the land plot for sale bearing Holding No. 55/51 (old) 60/55 (new), Circle No. 35, Ward No. 13 (old) 41 (new),

Patna High Court CWJC No.11716 of 2017 (2) dt.14-09-2017 Ms. Plot No. 316, Sheet No. 99, Area 1.1/2 katha (equivalent to 1991 sq ft. approximately) situated at Thatheri Bazar, Police State - Pirbahore within the district of Patna which is purchased by Ganga Pandit father of the petitioner pending disposal of the representation of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-2. Though this Court is not likely to interfere and issue direction for examining the title of the petitioner, it would be expedient and in the interest of justice that the present case be disposed of by issuing a direction to dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

It is, thus, directed that the petitioner's representation, as contained in Annexure -2, be disposed of within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
