JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-04-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Asha Devi, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 630 of 2020 registered for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15839 of 2021(6) dt.01-04-2022 2/3 offence punishable under sections 452, 341, 323, 337, 307, 379, 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the accused persons named in the FIR, including the present petitioners came to the darwaja of the informant. The allegation against petitioner no.1 and co-accused Vishal Kumar and petitioner no. 5, Asha Devi is that they started throwing bricks and made injured the members of the informant side.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the parties are agnates and for a very trivial matter, some altercation took place between both the parties. Now the dispute has amicably been settled between both the parties and they are residing together in cordial atmosphere. In this respect, a supplementary affidavit has been filed, which is annexed with the compromised petition.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 630 of 2020,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15839 of 2021(6) dt.01-04-2022 3/3 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
