The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 313 of 2015 registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation and professional manner in which one person was killed and the mother of the informant sustained firearm injury as would be evident from the FIR and the impugned order passed by the court below after perusing the case diary, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
